Buying a West Ham fan a gift is easier than it should be. There’s the club shop, of course, but anyone who’s spent any time browsing an official merch store knows what you get there. That’s why we built this gift shop. We wanted to find the stuff that would hit the mark. The gifts that say you know your person, not just the team they support. There’s a huge difference between grabbing someone a claret and blue coffee mug off the shelf and getting them something they’ll use every day and never think twice about its origin. We set out to find the things that fit that second description.
The arrival of the London Stadium kicked off a new chapter for our club, and brought along a whole new crop of supporters along with it. But underneath it all the soul of our fanbase stays the same. East End born and bred proper football fans. Supporters who don’t just know our history, they live it. Bubbles before a game isn’t a weird tradition to them, it’s a legacy that stretches back generations. As we selected every item in this store we didn’t forget that fact for a second.

Would we be able to give this to someone on their birthday and feel good about it? Or would I just be ticking a box? If it felt like we’d be ticking a box we took it out. What you see now is small but intentional. And carefully picked.
