Premium Food and Drink Hampers
A properly constructed hamper says Christmas without being cheesy about it. This is different from a basic gift set because a hamper implies abundance and variety. Artisan chocolates. A selection of cured meats and cheeses. Premium crackers. Quality oils and vinegars. Specialty preserves. A nice bottle of something. These work well because they create an experience of plenty without requiring him to cook anything complicated. A hamper is also the gift that works if you are buying for someone whose taste you are not entirely certain about because there is enough variety that something in there will appeal. The contents need to be genuinely good rather than filler. A hamper is only a good gift if everything inside is something he would actually choose to eat.
