Boyfriend
Buying your boyfriend something should be easier than it is. Don’t get us wrong, he isn’t hard to buy for, it’s just everything is so… obvious. Socks? A beer related gift set? Some novelty whatever that will sit in a drawer after a week. We’ve all done it and we’ve all handed over that something and watched it land with a dull thud, politely appreciated and instantly forgotten.

That’s why we took a different route with this gift guide. We asked ourselves what we’d want if someone was going out of their way to prove that they actually knew us. Immediately we crossed half the items on our list. No more stuff that was simply picked because it matched his gender. No more things you see filling out guides but that you’d never actually gift. We were left with far fewer options than we originally had, and thats exactly why we liked it.

Because everything we picked is something that someone would actually buy for a real person. Some of it is ridiculously useful and would things he needs but would never buy himself. Some of it is more thoughtful; little gifts that let him know you’ve been paying attention. And we all know that’s the most important thing you can do when picking an awesome gift. There’s no nonsense here.

We’ve tried to pick things for all occasions too, because buying your boyfriend gifts is actually more common than you think. There’s his birthday, yes but what about Christmas, anniversary’s, Valentine’s Day, or that promotion he worked hard for. His apology, your apology, that Tuesday you were just fancying buying him something. Different occasions call for something different and we kept that in mind as well.
