Sister
Getting it right for a sister is harder than it looks. Not because you don't know her, you know her better than almost anyone, but because that closeness raises the stakes in a way that a gift for a colleague or neighbour simply doesn't. It has to say something true. It has to feel chosen, not grabbed. And it has to land without being over the top, because she will absolutely remember if you went too far in either direction.
We built this collection around that problem. The gap between knowing someone deeply and actually translating that into an object you can wrap up and hand over. Sisters are not a category you can solve with a generic "treat yourself" candle set or a piece of jewellery with your initials on it. They are specific people with specific tastes who have known you long enough to see straight through anything that feels like a last minute fill in.
So we were ruthless. We went looking for things that feel genuinely considered, not in a try hard way but in the way that makes someone think you were paying attention. A gift that references something she actually loves rather than something sisters are supposed to love. That distinction matters more than people give it credit for.
Some of these are for birthdays. Some are for Christmas, or a thank you, or the slightly undercelebrated occasions like a new job or a hard year finally ending. Some are for the sister you speak to every single day and some are for the one you see three times a year but feel completely at ease with the moment you're together. We tried to hold all of that in mind when we were picking, which is why the collection is short. It should be. You don't need thirty options, you need to find the right one fast and feel certain about it.
Everything here we would give ourselves. That is not a small thing to say. It means nothing made it in because it was available or affordable or easy to source. It made it in because it was good enough for ours.
