We know there’s a type of person who doesn’t answer the question “Which house are you in?” with “Oh, I’m not really into all that.” type of person. They know. They’ve always known. And if you’re here shopping for a Gryffindor then they’ve probably told you at least once without prompting too. Hello, it’s why you’re here, we know Gryffindors.
Picking out gifts for someone who belongs in Gryffindor isn’t actually that hard when you know what will grab their attention. These are the people who wear their hearts on their sleeves. They believe in themselves. They would rather fail at something than sit on the sidelines and watch. Loyalties aren’t subtle for them and they won’t want subtle gifts. Age also played a big part in our decision making because Gryffindor loved doesn’t stop at eleven years old. Sure the person you’re buying for may be twelve going on thirteen but they may also be thirty five and have read Harry Potter so many times they’ve lost count. We wanted things that would work for all ages without becoming too childish or so bland that all of the magic is removed from it.
